This cute little mini dress is made from a multi color floral print cotton fabric and is perfect for spring and summer - simple tube style with elastic around the top (stretches from 24"-36", should fit from a 30"-34" bust), and a coordinating fabric tie belt (44" long) that you can tie under the bust for an empire waist dress, or tie it at your waist or hips for different looks. This also makes a cute swimsuit coverup, tunic top or even a skirt! It measures 42" around the middle (maximum hip measurement should be about 36"), and is about 26.5" long.Machine wash cold, line dry (or can be put in the dryer on low, but may shrink a little).
