Chic Shino Vase with Designs
Description
A stunning vase - just in time for Mother's Day!This 8" tall vase is decorated in a beautiful warm Shino glaze, which reacted during the firing to form a beautiful, almost metallic, bronze gloss. The glaze "breaks" red and black around the African textile inspired pattern I applied with my hand-carved stamps.
This vase would make a perfect centerpiece holding your favorite spring flowers!
I make my vases a little heavier than my normal work to prevent accidental tipping.
All of my pottery is food safe, as well as microwave and dishwasher safe.
