Little Linen tote, with perfect blue zakka detail

Every bag in my shop shop is handmade by me, and this one I think shows how glad I am that spring is here!

This is of course my version of the pattern featured in the first issue of Sew Hip!

I love linen, but I also love all the wonderful Japanese zakka fabric I have built up a quite an extensive collection of :) So these bags are the perfect way to use some of these lush fabrics!

The base fabric is natural Linen, with a great blue with red and green apple design with the odd ladybird. The bag is fully lined in a lovely cream cotton.
The tote features my signature button tag, a lovely blue button this time.

The tote is very dinky, as the jam-jar (for display only!) shows, but it could be for you to use on a evening out, or you could let your little one use it too!

It measures 6.75" deep, 7" across at the top, and has a 2" gusset so its sits nicely when you can bear to be parted from it. Its handles measure approximately 10.5" long.
