Welcome springtime with this delicious brew that is not just fabulous in taste, but also fun to look at. Rich with a creamy strawberry and almond Rooibos, this no-caffeine blend is rounded out with Rosehips, Rose petals, and little candy flowers. Great over ice as well.

Rooibos is actually an herbal (therefore, naturally decaffeinated), harvested from the "red bush" grown in South Africa. This variety has the appearance of tiny red needles that pack a flavorful punch as well as having a reputation for benefiting one's health.

Two oz. of Rooibos yields 20-24 teaspoons that make 20-24, 5 oz. cups of tea. A cup is not a mug - a mug equals about 2 cups.

This herbal is best brewed with an infuser or "tea sak." Bring water to just short of boiling and pour over infuser. Brew for 3-5 minutes. Remove infuser.
