Rosary - Faceted Glass with a Hematite Cross

Description

This hand knotted rosary is made from 8mm translucent lavender faceted glass beads, our fathers are forest green faceted oval glass beads, and the glory be is a large turquoise faceted glass oval. Crucifix is a hematite cross with gold accents.

Most of my rosaries are made with materials appropriate to the 18th century (I make them primarily for re-enacting) - this is not one of those rosaries. Hand knotted on waxed linen cord.

Feels good in the hand, has a lovely weight and coolness. Hematite is said to be grounding. Easy to carry. Excellent for prayer, collection or wear. If you intend to pray with this rosary, it will need to be blessed.
