Pretty high-collared, long-sleeved blue 70's "secretary" blouse with a built-in ascot. Trimmed in delicate lace on the sleeve ends, ascot, and collar. Shiny, silky fabric with a wide-striped weave has a slight crinkle effect. Elasticized near the sleeve ends; pretty opalescent blue buttons. Union made in U.S.A.
