INIDSCRETION Punked Out Dress with Ruffle Neckline S-M

Photo taken in Angel Alley; but the outfit? No angels here!

Fun reconstructed tank top made into a punked out dress! The materials of the top were not labeled, but I think it is a cotton/poly/spandex blend, as the top is stretchy. It already had black ruffles around the neck, so I added bright blue elastic lace to make it really stand out! Then, I added a short skirt with machine embroidery, decorative trim and stencil rubbings with Shiva permanent fabric paint sticks. The hem has the same elastic lace as on the ruffles.
