I just finished this floorcloth and am thrilled with how it has turned out. It is ready to ship! It is 24"x44". The background is called Laura Ashley Taupe 3 and the harlequin pattern is painted in a rich pure black. Fluer De Lis adorn the Laura Ashley Taupe diamonds and the corners. It has a one inch border around the harlequin design and a two inch border all the way around it. It is painted on 100% cotton canvas, that has a non-skid backing professionally applied. It was primed twice on the front, then painted with a base coat of Taupe 3. After completing the rug, it was "Antiqued" with a burnt umber glaze to give it depth and warmth. It is stunning. It has 4 coats of waterbase poly on the front. It is hemmed all the way around to give it strength and stability. It will lay flat on your floor. It is signed and dated on the back. I paint each floorcloth with care and it will last for years. Just damp mop it or wash it with mild soap and a sponge. All floorcloths come with care and installation instructions. Recommended for any hard surface floor.
