Description
The Ginkgo leaf, a symbol of longevity and memory - in copper - a decadent beauty dancing out of memoryA single Ginkgo leaf, approximately 4 x 5 inches or 10.5 x 12 cm, hand hammered from solid copper sheet metal, and burnished to a satiny surface. The darker red and brown tones are the natural heat color that comes while heating the copper with a torch flame. This leaf is coated with tung oil varnish, to enrich the surface tones and slow down the natural aging process. Each leaf that I sell is individually forged and finished.
These look beautiful when artfully arranged on a tabletop or hung on the wall with small tack nails. It fits perfectly in the palm of the hand. Your guests will want to touch it often.
