This cool, comfortable cotton halter dress is perfect for the hot summer months. The dress ties around the neck and has and elastic back for a comfortable fit. A cute bow, two pockets, and topstitching add to the charm.

And what little girl wouldn’t like to be perfectly accessorized with a matching tote? The tote measures 11 inches wide across the top, 7 inches across the bottom, and is 7 inches deep.

The neck tie and elastic back give some adjustability to this dress. The dress shown is a size 5, but could fit a smaller size 6.
