Dimensions: ~5 inches (13 cm) wide at the widest part. The circumference is 23 1/2 inches (59 1/2 cm) circumference. It does have some stretch to it (about 26 1/2 inches (67 1/2 cm)). Please make sure you measure you head at the largest point, which is your forehead back to occipital bone. It fits my model just fine, but I am sure not everyone's head is the same.
