Bluebell Beaded Silk Cuff

Description

This is a beaded silk cuff bracelet. It is 7 1/4 by 1 1/2 inches, made with hand-dyed silk in shades of blue and purple. Embellished with lines of quilting and stitched with freshwater pearl, crystals and glass beads.

Double button closure with clear elastic loops. Cuff fits wrist size up to 7 3/4 inches. Cuff is easily adjustable to smaller size by moving the buttons. Inside of cuff is unembellished quilted silk.

It is quilted to cotton batting with multi colored threads. Each bead is handstitched - I sometimes use up to 30 different kinds of beads in each cuff. I dye the silk in small batches, so no two cuffs are alike.

The cuff is very soft and lightweight, so it is very comfortable to wear. Good for those with allergies to metal jewelry.
