Description
Old world undewear with a new millenium twist...Classic bustle with ruffled black tulle with a metallic red flame pattern (the flip side of the red flame is silver) The ruffles are sewn onto a black shiny fabric that's lined with red silk. The tie is black gross-grain ribbon. The bustle part measures 14" at the top and 22" at the bottom.
For you if you like the tu-tu without all the fru-fru.
