Mermaid Mosaic - Windswept

Description

This multi-dimensional stained glass mosaic was inspired by someone close to me who is said to have "mermaid hair". I've added a few highlights of iridized glass into her hair to sparkle under the bright sunshine. Look closely, the mermaid on the rock and the water in front of her are raised slightly to give a dimensional feel to this wall hanging. The piece is surrounded by a custom made frame with semi-transparent white stain and comes ready to hang. Framed measurements are 19 1/2" W X 16 1/2" H. This piece was created by Susan Oakley
