Garden (original woodblock print)

Description

With this print, I wanted to create something peaceful and nurturing—and gardening, despite its frustrations and disappointments, has always been that for me. I love the sense of potential inherent in the act of gardening, as well as the necessary balance between tending and letting go. This design has been hanging in my dining room for several years now, and it continues to convey a sense of contentment.

This rustic, large design was carved into a single woodblock and hand-pulled individually, by yours truly. Black oil-based ink was used on unbleached mulberry paper for each print in this edition of 10 (7 are available for sale, unframed). As with anything handmade, expect minor variations in your print.

Garden will be carefully rolled, packaged in a sturdy shipping tube, and mailed via USPS priority, anywhere in the contiguous U.S. If shipping to Canada, it will be sent first class/parcel post.
