Beautiful original oil on canvas board featuring a scene with snow capped mountains and yellow spring tulips in bloom. Signed "C. Volker", excellent condition.

The painting itself measures 8" x 10" and the decorative wood frame measures 12-3/4" x 14-1/2". This painting dates from the 1970s and was painted by a local Baltimore artist.
Please note: The colors are a bit deeper than they appear in the pictures.
