Ritzy Glitz Crystal and Sterling Lariat - Cary Martin Designs

Glitzy and Ritzy this lariat is laden with shimmering crystals and sterling silver. I designed this for this Spring’s Proms and Weddings. I am not sure I got it up in time for Proms? If you do need quick shipping I can ship up to over night for what ever USPS.com charges for overnight.

I have used two antique (1930’s I was told by supplier) Swarovski medium vitrail 20mm pointer crystals. These are my last two.. I have truly loved using these!

They are snuggled inside incredibly detailed sterling silver swirl embossed cones. They are then topped with a 14mm Swarovski Comet Argent Margarita crystal followed by a sterling lotus flower bead. On top of the lotus flower sits a 5mm sterling disco ball bead. The dangles are hand wrapped on sterling silver wire.

Above this drop is an 8mm vitrail Swarovski rondelle crystal that leads upward to the lariat beadwork. I have used vitrail firepolish AB crystals (3mm) in the body of the lariat. Evenly spaced thru the lariat are additional sterling lotus beads, snuggled with 6mm vitrail Swarovski margaritas and 4mm sterling disco ball beads.

I always use the very best sterling tornado crimps. These are strong and have ridges that really grab onto the wire. I have never had a lariat break using these. The lariat is strung on 84 strand beadalon.

43.5 inches long.. it can be wrapped twice around your neck or you can wear it very long (they way I love to wear my lariats) they make you look long and lean and what woman does not want that! Some ladies even use them as belts.
