The Baptism in the Jordan - Rosary

Description

After Jesus was baptized, he came up from the water and behold, the Heaven were opened for him and He saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and coming to Him.
And a voice came from Heaven saying "This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased." (Mt.3:16-17)

The colors of this rosary reflect the blue of water and the white of the purity brought by Baptism as symbolized by the dove in the scripture passage. Citrine chips and smooth sodalite beads surround the beautiful glasswork. The Hail Mary beads are a white marble sometimes called "white jade." They are separated by clear and royal blue seed beads.

The beautiful rosary is completed by a gold-tone Miraculous Medal floral center and an intricate gold-tone crucifix.

Strung on flexible but very strong wire, this rosary would hold up to daily use, but is beautiful enough to display in a frame.
