A difficult piece to measure, it is approximately 18 - 18 1/2" and features the finest precision cut Austrian Swarovski Crystals in glorious jewel tones of Golden Topaz, Emerald Green and Fuscia with a rainbow finish on them giving the crystal that extra eye catching dazzle.
