A Pair of Pears

What a handsome pair or pears. Makes me think of loved ones sitting close perfectly content :)I hand made each one of these lovely pears on my wheel as closed little forms. No molds were used. Each pear is different from the next, just like in nature. These sweet little pears were glazed in a tan/orange... making them look sunkissed. Fired to cone 10 (2380 degrees F).One pear is 6" tall and the second is slightly smaller at 5 1/2" tall. These would make excellent party favors, paper weights, house warming gifts or would just look delightful sitting together on your book shelf or in your kitchen.
