Pink and Purple Plaid Blouse

Super cute ruffled collar blouse! Nothing says sweet and girly more than ruffles! There's even ruffles on the sleeve cuff. From the high point shoulder, this blouse measures 25 1/2" in length. The fabric is cotton voile with silver metallic working through the plaid. Just enough to make a pretty sparkle. This blouse seems to fit a size Medium to Large.
