Leather Beetle mask in purple and green
Description
I had a lot of fun with this one. I've always been drawn to beetles, and I could picture those great legs sticking out. I haven't seen anyone make a mask like this.
This unusual mask is made of vegetable tanned cowhide, wet formed and hand-shaped. It is airbrushed with dyes and pearlescent powders, then sprayed with a sealer. The purple and green pearlescence gives it that realistic sheen that beetles have, don't you think?
It has a double elastic band for wearing comfort. It is lightweight and comfortable. Mask will vary slightly from photo.
