These lavender coloured lacy fingerless gloves are perfect for spring or fall - wear them with a pretty dress or your favourite old jeans. They are as soft and light as new-fallen snow.

I knit them from hand spun, hand dyed tussah silk yarn purchased from another Etsy seller: www.castleman.etsy.com

Tussah silk is an eco-friendly silk that is harvested only after the moth leaves the coccoon. It was a beautiful yarn to work with and I highly recommend her shop to anyone who knits, crochets, or does any other type of yarn craft.
The white cuffs & trim were made from a commercial 100% angora yarn.

They will fit a hand that measures 7-8 in. (18-20 cm) around and no more than 3 3/4 in. (9.5 cm) from the wrist to the base of the fingers. (The hands in the picture are slightly longer and thinner than these measurements.)
