Copper Chainmail Earrings Mobius Flower

Description

These copper chainmaille (chainmail) earrings are made in a weave known as Mobius Flower. These were made by winding copper wire into a coil. I then sawed the coil into individual rings and wove them in a mobius pattern. The copper is very shiny now, but will develop a rich brown patina as they age. If you would like them to stay shine simply clean with copper cleaner or a paste made from lemon juice and salt.

These earrings measure approximately 1 inch (2.5cm) from the top of the wire to the bottom of the earring.

These earrings hang from handmade copper earwires. If you would like them switched for surgical steel with copper plated accents (last photo) please leave a note in message to seller upon purchase.
