Vogue 2640 is one of Vogue's "American Designer" patterns. This pullover dress by Albert Nipon features lovely topstitching detail, an elasticized waistline and sleeves with turn-back cuffs. Based on the design, I estimate that it's from the early 1980's.The pattern is uncut and unused.
