This adorable petticoat dress is a most necessary addition to any little princess' wardrobe.

Made to be worn under any jumper or dress and let just a touch of eyelet lace show at the hem.

This petticoat dress has a very full skirt and attaches at the waist to a fully lined bodice.

The Peter Pan collar is trimmed with piping.

The high puffed sleeves are gathered into a ruffle on sleeves.

The back has 4 buttons and a lap opening for ease in dressing.

This petticoat dress looks adorable under my Hearts-A-Flutter jumper (available in another listing).
