Hand Felted Rye Lantern- the safe alternative to tea lights

These soft round lanterns are lovingly handfelted using as wide a range of rare breed wools as I can find. Inside is a battery operated candle- with one press the lantern will light up and give your room the cuddliest of warm glows. These are great if, like me, you are a bit of a liability around naked flames. They are also a super safe alternative to real candles in child-filled homes.This one is made from Ryeland and Romney Marsh sheep's wool which has a greyish brown tone with streaks of rust coloured curls.
