I almost kept this quilt for myself because I just love the colors! I started this with a log cabin block thinking I would do about six blocks. I got 4 sewn and started thinking that if I turn it on the diagonal it would make a much bolder statement. I rarely plan my quilts in advance or if I do, I usually change them mid project. The machine quilting is stitched in the ditch except on the outsides.

Hand washing and air drying are recommended to avoid shrinkage. There's a handy sleeve sewn in the back for easy hanging and I've signed and dated it.
