The Flowers have been carefully handstitched to the bonnet in a lovely fashion that makes the bonnet pretty either fully extended or folded back at the brim. Sometimes you want something special, not necessarily practical (for today's world)- but fully FUN, ARTISTIC and FUNCTIONAL.
