Part of my Bookish line...jewelry and art from unloved books.

One-of-a-kind pendant cut from a book cover, decoupaged with a picture of a little girl watching a hatching chick, and a tiny found poem. See my other listings for more necklaces in this series.

Coated pretty good with mod podge, this is nice and sturdy. Definitely don't wear it into the shower or pool, but it will withstand sudden rainstorms and the inevitable sweat of summer.

Pendant hangs from two crocheted bails of orange thread and is strung on a length of black lace ribbon. The ribbon is pretty long so you can wear easily adjust the length. Other colors and styles of cord are available, or you can hang the pendant from your favorite necklace.

The pendant is 2.5" wide by 1.75" tall. Edged in yellow paint and signed on the back.
