Description

This soft flannel from the 2003 Alexander Henry Woodland Collection is called "Hickory Trail Pass Map". You will see a subtle map on the light tan background with various labels and many different woodland elements from trees to critters to mountains to waterways to cabins, etc. Flannel is 100% cotton and filled with approximately two pounds of naturally dried cherry pits after construction.

Your wrap comes to you in a plastic bag tied closed with a ribbon and includes instructions for use & ziptop bag for storing the wrap in the freezer or when it's not in use.

ItzThePitz neck wrap packages weigh in at two pounds each. I ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-4 days). I send tracking information via email once the package is ready to ship.

In March 2008 I embarked on a project, a labor of love actually, making therapeutic wraps for the neck, back, hands and feet. What makes them unique is what they are filled with...CHERRY PITS! I discovered cherry pits retain heat longer because cherry pits are larger than rice, buckwheat or flaxseed kernels. They are also lighter in weight. When microwaved, you will feel about 30-60 minutes of soft, moist heat which is just enough to soothe yet not burn or traumatize the skin. My customers use their wraps for relaxing the muscles of the neck and shoulders, especially useful when experiencing a headache. Several customers use them on their knees and elbows too.

ItzThePitz wraps can be stored in the freezer and used as a cold pack. When used as a cold wrap you will receive about 30-45 minutes of gentle coolness without skin trauma caused by ice or gel packs. Perfect for bumps, bruises and hot flashes too.

PLEASE NOTE: Do NOT allow small children (age 3 and younger) to use a wrap without adult supervision. Although my products are very well made, they are not indestructible. Cherry pits pose a choking hazard to children should the wrap open due to mistreatment.
