Spring Cleaning Tea

Springtime! Time to clean out your body as well as your house. Over time your body builds up toxins -- pollution in the air you breathe, pesticides in the grass you walk over, preservatives in the food you eat. Eating a big salad (or several) of spring greens is a great way to help your body rid itself of these toxins but another way is my Spring Cleaning Tea.

Nettle, dandelion and raspberry leaves are all known and valued for their cleansing and tonic abilities. They're also highly nutritious and rather tasty in combination -- I highly recommend adding a bit of honey as well.

Each jar contains over a cup of loose tea, suitable for making more than fifty cups of tea, and a muslin bag to hold your tea while it steeps. You can also use a tea ball or tea strainer.
