A Starry Little Box

Description

A small wooden box, decoupaged with decorative tissues and scrapbooking papers that were cut into circle and star shapes. The box was fully disassembled before being painted with a medium pink acrylic and decoupaged, so all latches and hinges are perfectly clean and free of paint. It was then sealed with a matte acrylic sealer and put back together.

The box is mostly pink, with a bit of purple and just a hint of orange and white in its coloring.

It would be great as a gift box, a first jewelry box, a place to keep business cards, coupons or any number of small things!

The box's dimensions, on the outside, is approximately 4.25 inches square and 3 inches tall. The usable space on the inside is about 3 inches square and 2 inches deep.
