Aliens Land Newspaper Earrings

Okay, so it's not quite history...yet!It's a bit hard for me to read the tiny print so I'm not sure if they beamed up some politicians or just stopped by for some good Chinese food.
Tiny newspapers folded like the ones a newspaper boy would throw on the porch. These have the headline "Aliens Land In Capital" on them.
The papers have been sealed to protect them from the elements and they are securely attached to surgical steel posts. They are water resistant but not water-proof.
The first picture shows the front page before it's folded.
