This special brooch features a lovely pink owl inside a vintage, lucite, cream setting--complete with Swarovski crystals accents. Hangs from a bow covered in ice cream treats!I very securely sewed a silvertone pin to the reverse of the bow and added a sweet ice cream dangling charm! Add this brooch to a top, vest or bag to really stand out!
