Betelgeuse Glow in the Dark Original Painting

Description

This is an original acrylic painting on gessoed panel. The work measures 6" wide by 8" tall by 2" deep. The sides are painted and the work is ready to hang.

The stars in the painting are made with phosphorescent acrylic paint and glow in the dark!

Betelgeuse translates roughly to "hand of the central one" in Arabic. He is the second brightest star in the constellation Orion. Betelgeuse is a red giant star and is 300 million times larger than our sun.
