Embroidered Map Collage
Measures - 5" x 7"
Materials - paper, map, thread, and glue

Commission for an original map collage (like the example above*) made with cut vintage map, and embroidered with thread. Carefully glued (with archival glue) to quality cream or black colored paper.

Let me know what form you would like to use (body m/f, head, heart, hand/s, etc.), what map you would like (depending on availability), what colors you might be looking for, and whether you would like the piece on black or cream paper. We can discuss this together to find out what works best for the piece you have in mind. Please also see other items including sold items for ideas/examples.

The piece will be signed and dated, carefully packaged in a protective sleeve, and shipped in a hard mailer.
