It is nick-named "AVA" after the very first little girl I made this for. It is intricately designed Filet Crochet. The set comes complete with GOWN, BOOTIES AND BONNET. Although the gown will be worn for a special Christening or Dedication ceremony, the booties and bonnet can be worn for any dress up occasion. This Heirloom Baby Christening Gown can be lovingly handed down to the next generation or put in a shadow box for baby's room!

"THE AVA" fits newborn to size 6 months. Made with size 10 (doily or bedspread weight) cotton crochet thread using a size 7 steel crochet hook. It can be spot cleaned or hand laundered after use. If hand laundered remove all ribbon. Dry flat. Carefully iron using spray starch.
