I'm kinda obsessed with top hats. I almost bought a top hat once. But it was like 45 dollars and the kids need their shoes. This patch is made from a subtle blue and black plaid stitched onto denim with white glow in the dark thread. So the top hat outline glows. ONLY spiff.Measures about 3.5 inches x 3.25 inches (9 cm x 8.5 cm)
Please excuse the speck of dirt on the patch; 'twas a windy day.
