Vintage Lakovas Oil Painting

Description

This is a lovely signed oil painting on canvas by (Greek?) painter Lakovas. It features a scene of tiny people walking on the beach along a lightly textured surf in painstaking detail as shown. You can see their shadows. The near cloudless sky features a pale blue with hints of lavendar and teal. This painting is professionally framed in a gold-toned wooden frame with subtle burgundy accents. It is framed behind an ivory canvas matte border that is 1". The canvas measures 9.5" x 12.5". Frame is 14.5" x 17.5". No visible nicks or scratches except an extremely small ding on the lower frame. You cannot see it from 6 inches away. Some minor dust on the matting material and some tears in the paper covering consistent with the vintage aging of this piece.
