Boo Boo Pack - A PARENTS MUST HAVE----

So, last night my son had a rather unpleasant experience with a hammock, and he gave himself quite the bump on his head. I wanted to put an ice pack on his "boo boo" but he woudn't have it.....so what is a mom to do?

This is the answer! you can take these little boo boo packs that are filled with 100% organic flax seeds (nothing else) and put it in the freezer....say, at least 2 hours....and it is small enough to fit in the palm of your hand, and place on the boo boo. You don't have that SHOCKING cold from an ice cube, or a gel pack, and under your hand, it stays so cool.

Another great use for this pack is again...from the freezer, for a new baby who won't wake up to nurse, you pat the cool pack on the bottoms of their feet and it gently wakes them up...and works great!

if your baby has a colicky tummy, you can microwave the pack for up to 30 sec. and the flax seeds will retain the heat....like a hot water bottle, but without the stress of hot water spilling on your baby....place the pack on their tummy to ease their pain.

Another use....my son is kinda funny, that he won't sleep if your hand is not on him....lightly warm the pack and place on your little ones back and then carefully slip your hand away! fast asleep they stay!

The packs are 6" x 3" x1" approx, and are a great gift for any mama or dada!

One more use!!!!----long night with baby? place the pack either cold or warm on your eyes to relieve the bags and the stress of being a parent : )
