this dark gold and light blue garter features a handmade hot pink and peach ribbon rose. may be worn as a wedding keepsake or just for fun. one size fits most. the band is fashioned from silk ribbon with a french wire ribbon flower accented with beads. circumfrence is approx. 15" (38 cm) and stretches to approx. 19" (48 cm).
