Fruit and Fiction Tote

Head to the library and the farmers market with this adorable cotton tote....don't be like me the last time I hit the library. I left with 5 adult books and 6 childrens books. I'm not that tall. My arms are NOT as long as that many books. So, as I'm walking downtown to the car, dropping books, yelling at my 4 and 5 year old children to wait at the corner and not cross the street or pick up the lollipop on the sidewalk....you get the picture, right? Yeah, I forgot to bring a tote. And, the farmer's market that is directly across the street from the library....not an option that day!

If you don't need to bring home half the library and just plan to pick up something fresh and healthy for dinner, the fresh fruit will give you the extra willpower walk past the still warm blueberry pie and head straight for the fresh produce.

Now, I keep a similar tote folded up in my handbag...you know the emergency items us girls are never without, the emergency $10 bill, some "unmentionables" and a foldable tote. (Oh, and in case you were wondering, the kids did wait at the corner, my son did pick up the lollipop but I stopped him before it went into his mouth....and we made it to the car with all the books and minimal swearing from me!)

Tote is made of 100% cotton fabric and has a layer of interfacing in the inside for a bit more stability. The handles are made of woven cotton and have been serged on the ends to prevent fraying. The handles have been overstitched for durablity and security.

Bag measures approximately 13 1/4 inches (33.5 cm)wide, 16 inches (40.5 cm) high and 2 1/2 inches (6.5 cm) deep. Handles are 1 1/4 inch (3 cm) wide and have an 11 inch (28 cm) drop.

Machine wash cold, tumble dry low.

Created and stored in a smoke free environment.
