Colibri means Hummingbird in Italian!

Have you ever seen a hummingbird? If you have, this delicate creature places you back in the moment of your first sighting. If you’ve never seen a hummingbird, this item captures the essence of how one feels each time they catch a glimpse of these stunning creatures.

This evocative door hanger or wall accent is a combination of two parallel worlds, and a wonderful metaphor for life and art ~ a unique way to express your passions, and a great conversation piece for your home. This eclectic creation is hand painted and hand lettered then decorated with a gorgeous hummingbird paint transfer embellishment. The base color is a soft creamy ivory with a translucent color glaze of oil based raw sienna, enhanced by a border painted in tones of distressed powder blue. The lettering is hand applied with gold oil based paint and black highlights. Our pretty blue ribbon and genuine leather hanging tie string is hand tied and yours to keep!

Tuscan Style Artisan Crafts: Edge sanding and distressed effects are hand applied, then sealed with a brush painted non-toxic water resistant varnish. Perfect for any home décor and looks great anywhere. This creation coordinates well with any of our items. However, colors will vary slightly since everything we sell is a hand painted original! We do not use stencils or spray applications.

All Tuscan Style items are made of solid wood. We sign each piece to ensure authenticity.

PAYMENT METHODS:
Receipts are provided for each item. Payment must be made within 72 hours of sale. We prefer PAYPAL, and will accept money orders or personal checks. However, if you pay by personal check or money order, payment must be received and the funds must clear through the bank before your order can be shipped. Please contact us for additional instructions on making a payment by check or money order.

SHIPPING and HANDLING: We will send you an email notice when your order has been shipped. Costs are calculated based upon size and weight for items sold within the continental United States. All Items are shipped through UPS Ground Shipping or USPS first class within 5-7 business days after we receive full payment. Express shipping is available for an additional charge. Please allow an additional 15-20 days for delivery of custom orders. Additional charges will apply for orders shipped outside of the continental United States ~ please contact us for a shipping quote before placing an international order. We strongly recommend buyers insure all items. Seller is not responsible for uninsured items lost or damaged in transit. All items are shipped directly from the artist in Ringwood, New Jersey. We will combine shipping for multiple item purchases.

RETURNS: Shipping/handling costs are non-refundable. Shipping policies listed above also apply for return/exchange items. Custom Orders may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a 50% credit of the initial item price towards the purchase of another item. Standard items may be exchanged for a replacement of equal value within 10 days of delivery. All replacement/exchange items will be shipped after receipt of the original item in its original condition. All replacement/exchange transactions must have the prior written approval of Tuscan Style Artisan Crafts.
