This vibrant baby quilt is a wonderful accessory to fascinate baby boys. This original pattern is constructed of cotton fabrics featuring stars, stripes and dots, with a super cozy bright green flannel used for the sashing, border and backing. This quilt was entirely hand-pieced, sewn and tied by me in my smoke-free and cat-free home.

Though quilts and other bedding should never be placed on top of babies, especially while they are sleeping or unsupervised, this quilt is ideal for use as a play mat for “tummy time”, to shield a baby on a chilly day, or use it as a decorative wall hanging. Though it is listed as a "baby" quilt, the generous size makes it ideal for a smallish lap quilt, a cover while nursing, or a security blanket for a toddler or young child.

Constructed with all new materials, including poly batting and cotton crochet thread for the knots. Machine wash cold and dry low, or lay flat to dry.
