ACEO Happy Family Collage, number 2

This is an original 2.5"x3.5" ACEO (Art, Cards, Editions or Originals)collage. The back of the card is titled, signed and dated by the artist.

The process for this creation began with collaging torn paper pieces together including scrapbook paper and tissue paper. Multiple cards were cut from the same collaged paper allowing for me to have 10 cards in the Family Collage series. The second step was apply chalk pastels to watercolor paper. The small chalk drawings were then quilted onto the collaged paper. Thirdly, several images were stamped onto the the cards. Lastly a backing sheet was quilted onto the back of the collaged papers for a finished product. Although there are 10 cards to this series, each is very original and different from the others!

The art card will be mailed in a protective plastic sleeve & wrapped in a handmade paper envelope.
