This mugshot is printed on cardstock, black and white photo is hand colored then layered with gloss medium.
Background of mugshot and card itself is rubber stamped (stamps from Bombshell Stamps, right here on etsy!!) images rubber stamped on black card are heat embossed with seafoam embossing powder.
'LADY LUCK" banner is also rubber stamped and raise mounted.
Liner square on the inside.
comes with matching envelope, all packed in a mylar bag
