This is Simplicity pattern # 4258, copyrighted in 2006. It is uncut, and includes the instructions. The envelope is in good condition. It makes an evening dress in two lengths, with or without an overskirt. It may be sleeveless, or have straight or flared long sleeves.It is a size "K5" which should fit sizes 8-16.
