WILLOW WOOD TRIPLE MOON altar piece

Description

This is a lovely willow wood triple moon made from a slice of willow wood with a triple moon symbol pyrographed (burnt) onto it. It measures about 1.5 inches in diameter. This is a great addition to any altar or to carry round with you.

The water-loving, pliant Willow (Saille) is often connected with the feminine nature and thus the lunar cycles. In keeping with this, in the Ogham alphabet it represents intuition, dreams, emotion and enchantment.

The wood for this piece came from a branch that broke off a tree in a storm at my parents place - I rescued it and am making lovely altar pieces out of it!

I am happy to put different designs on similar for you - labyrinths, pentacles, fairy stars, spirals, runes, ogham are all possible
