Tree of Life Pendant (Green)---Art Glass Pendant

Description

This is one of my most popular pendants...it features a hand-drawn tree design on painted paper. Its very reminiscent of the tree of life...and I like imagine all the little woodland creatures that would call a tree like this home.

I cut and grind all the glass myself, as well as create the artwork and do the wire-wrapping. The glass is notched where the sterling silver wire rests to ensure a secure hold.

This art is created with high-quality watercolors and acid-free archival ink, and done on archival acid-free paper. The finished painting is coated with highly water *resistant* varnish, which also helps protect from yellowing and UV rays. These pendants stand up to getting wet, but I still would not advise swimming or bathing in them.

This piece is just under 1 1/4'' (3 cm) long by just over 1" (2.5 cm) wide...its almost square but not quite.
